Blancpain at the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève
Blancpain is proud to announce its participation in the 14th Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève, of which the prize-giving ceremony will take place on October 31st 2014 at the Grand Théâtre de Genève.
Over more than 200 competing timepieces, three Blancpain watches have caught the attention of the jury composed of watch industry professionals, experts, journalists and collectors. The contending models representing the Manufacture are the Villeret Tourbillon Volant 12 jours in the Tourbillon category, the Fifty Fathoms Bathyscaphe Chronographe Flyback in the Sports category, and the Women Heure décentrée, seconde retrograde in the Ladies’ category.
The pre-selected watches will be part of a travelling exhibition during the two months prior to the ceremony, thereby enabling enthusiasts to admire them at close hand. The roadshow will begin in New Delhi on September 26th, before moving on to Beijing as of October 12th and then returning to Geneva on October 22nd.
